If you're favoured by the CEO, you will get a lot of learning opportunities. The team is cooperative.
Cons
The CEO is super annoying. He hates on his employees for no reason. He makes people feel unworthy on purpose. Why hire someone when you hate them? He would not care if your mental health is effected, he would simply target you in every meeting. Then the office is in the corner of this world. The cafeteria is a disaster. No basic amenities like "Coffee" or "Tea" They compare their work to Big 5s but do not pay like Big 5s, rather pay & behave like lala companies.
