No WLB. Working from home sometimes can last more than 12 hours a day. No skip level interview with management. It’s always the bottom level problem when the main problem lies with upper management. Escalation directly Regional CFO about us when we can only keep quiet. Direct manager plays a crucial role is supporting the team but seen no support given.
