The flexibility is great. Everyone is understanding if you have an appointment, or family obligation, etc. During the summer month's we have summer Friday hours which are days off or shorter work days, which allows us to get out and enjoy the Florida sun. Everyone is encouraging, welcoming, and supportive. I feel like I can talk to anyone in the company and not feel judged or insecure. They teach you A LOT which is great because you are constantly picking up new skills. There is tremendous room for growth, and it's a great positive environment to work in.

I don't have any cons.

Not a single thing. Absolutely nothing. I would put zero stars if it allowed.

Everything. Management is a group of narcissistic toxic women who just want to tear others down.
