There really aren't any cons.

They will hire anyone with a pulse, and they are one of the highest paying ISD in the area

The school does not provide teachers with curriculum, so all the teachers are teaching TEKS differently and for various lengths of time. The "curriculum" provided was computer based only, and did not cater to student accommodations. Not enough aids to assist with accommodations such as tests read being read aloud outside of the STAAR test.
