A lot of time away from home

There are some very hard working people there and for the most part a good support group. There are free snacks and now monthly lunches. Benefits are ok, work locations are kept up, there is freedom to work from home if your able.

CO Culture has been shot down...Very few of the C Levels and directors are ethical, but MOST now with the buyout are NOT. Advances from within are nill, wage increase for hard work are nonexistent, problem employees are rewarded time and time again. It appears its come down to who you know or if your one of the favored and not what you know that thrusts you upward on any account. Its become a tangled mess of who has authority over whom, where only the clever self serving fox will survive.
