Not a good experience! I would Not recommend it! They still have alot to learn about how to treat people. Announcement of terminations in morning meetings. High turnover rate, favoritism. Little to no accountability, hollow values. Poor team mentality.
They provide free snacks and drinks with vending machines. Provide lunch on Monday’s and Wednesday’s. If you’re a yes man you’ll be liked.
Cons
Treated like mules. Work 10 hour days only to be told you need to work 12. Lack compassion for your personal life. Job overrides any personal needs or goals. If it does not pertain to company bottom line, it does not matter and will be put aside.
