      Pros

      Literally none, maybe the fact you get to live in the Baltimore area of that.

      Cons

      No work life balance, sleepless nights, minimal salary, the owner has no regard for the sanity of his employees, big risk to your medical license. Practice is built on modern day slavery for the average internist grinding away to make money for the practice, no sense of bonuses, no appreciate, hostile behavior. Place should be shut down.

      metro city still being on J1 receptive and flexible administrative staff flexible schedule, supportive administrative As a J1 physician I spent 6 years so far in this practice, helped and supportive with all immigration paperwork.

      Excessive workload, no work life balance. The rest of the reviews speak for themself and I wish I saw them before joining.
