Pros
The residents are very wonderful to be with. Three days off are ok but working hours are super long and draining,.
Cons
Toxic management- favors certain individuals. Too much cleaning including washing diarrhea off toilet bowls, as well as cooking and other chores. This job is not suitable for young graduates who wish to engage more with the residents. Stay in staff are toxic, and shout at staff in front of residents.
