      Cannot stay long term

      Pros

      The residents are very wonderful to be with. Three days off are ok but working hours are super long and draining,.

      Cons

      Toxic management- favors certain individuals. Too much cleaning including washing diarrhea off toilet bowls, as well as cooking and other chores. This job is not suitable for young graduates who wish to engage more with the residents. Stay in staff are toxic, and shout at staff in front of residents.

      Met some of the nicest people there.

      Cons

      Respectfully, the title they give you is a fancy title for a cleaner or nanny. The job scope is exactly what a cleaner or a nanny would do with maybe a little extra tinge of spice that allows you to do meaningful work with the children there.
