Good compensation, good people, good benefits, good time off options, interesting work, ability to move up in the company and clothing allowance/discount. Mashburn is a perfect sized company. It has the infrastructure to support you without the feeling of being just an employee number. Leadership is widely available and present (in a good way) and always willing to chat.

None that I have seen. Some might not love the idea of wearing a tie and coat every day but if you enjoy fashion on any level this is a positive!
