Pros
The residents are fabulous. It's real easy to care about them in a short amount of time. The work is easy for the most part and to know that you're making a difference to someone's life - being there, it's heart warming.
Cons
Getting close to the residents...sometimes it's their time to leave and it leaves a space inside you. Holidays are working days...but there's always a chance you'll get it off and it's a senior living environment so there's all sorts of shifts that have to be worked which means possible working any/all hours.
