Pros
Some of the benefits are great.
Cons
There appears to be a significant issue with favoritism and conflicts of interest within certain areas of the organization. In some cases, close personal relationships between managers and employees seem to influence opportunities, recognition, and how people are treated. This creates a perception that being part of an inner circle is valued more than performance, accountability, and doing quality work.
Employees who are not part of these groups can feel excluded, overlooked, or treated differently. There are also concerns about inconsistent standards, where certain individuals appear to have more flexibility or latitude than others.
