      Awesome peers, great tech, good health insurance.

      Cons

      Times they are a-changing. Some of us started at Mastercontrol for the culture, work/life balance, and chance to work with great tech and tools, but it is becoming more of a grind for the almighty investor dollar now.

      Culture and leadership are great. Strong market awareness and strong customer base.

      Cons

      Many changes in leadership recently and they are making aggressive adjustments in headcount due to effort to sell company.
