      Great tech and peers, but culture is changing

      Pros

      Awesome peers, great tech, good health insurance.

      Cons

      Times they are a-changing. Some of us started at Mastercontrol for the culture, work/life balance, and chance to work with great tech and tools, but it is becoming more of a grind for the almighty investor dollar now.

      Great peers, love working with the tech stack, always something new to learn!

      Cons

      Sometimes the communication between product, architecture, and development can be a bit muddled. Just take the initiative to clarify goals and get involved with planning.
