Great company culture, usually. Great flexibility.
Cons
Look at their annual filings and you’ll see that the executive team has no problem getting paid. However in the past 2-3 years, they’ve been manipulating the compensation structure to not pay out bonuses to their largest sales teams. How is that executive corporate score was 116% yet employees were paid less than 80%? No path for promotion. If you want to get promoted, it’s about who you know.
