      Pros

      1) Good startup to start your career. 2) Good working environment for learning new things. 3) Good Team spirit and teamwork. Every employee is very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      No offs in Saturday. Very less holidays.

      Hi, thank you for your feedback. To be able to create a happier work place for our team, i am keen to get a sense of the number of holidays in a year that will seem 'enough' to you. And also, please confirm if the work hours are 'extra' from Monday - Friday or you are able to follow a structured schedule through the week atleast ?

      Stress less culture helping bosses caring and nurturing environment comfortable vibe fun and relaxed co-working environment

      Cons

      1 Saturday off... But the company is improving this no onwards... As an employee, I haven't found anything as a con... as an organization, this company is really taking care of people who work under this name, and the Bosses are too kind and calm that they are equally connected to every person in the company.

      I have been working at Match My Talent for 2 months but it feels I have worked here for a long time. The freedom I have had has made me more confident. The dedication and passion that the CEO and the CFO have for the project of Match My Talent is nothing like I have seen in a while.
