      Pros

      Both the leaders are very supportive. The company will provide all the resources needed to get the job done with competitive pay scale. The work environment and culture is amazing and it gives you all the space to demonstrate who you actually are. I loved the place and I have built many beautiful connections here which will remain lifelong. ♥️

      I don’t feel there are any downsides.

      Pros

      I have been working at Match My Talent for 2 months but it feels I have worked here for a long time. The freedom I have had has made me more confident. The dedication and passion that the CEO and the CFO have for the project of Match My Talent is nothing like I have seen in a while.

      1) Good startup to start your career. 2) Good working environment for learning new things. 3) Good Team spirit and teamwork. Every employee is very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      No offs in Saturday. Very less holidays.

      Hi, thank you for your feedback. To be able to create a happier work place for our team, i am keen to get a sense of the number of holidays in a year that will seem 'enough' to you. And also, please confirm if the work hours are 'extra' from Monday - Friday or you are able to follow a structured schedule through the week atleast ?
