      Relatively clean and newer work area.

      Cons

      It’s a family business, so you can forget advancing in this micro managed company. There are cliques within cliques with life partners reporting to their spouse and additional family members to keep the chaos brewing.

      Pros

      -Customer oriented -Family owned- small- tight knit coworkers -Company was becoming more strategic in growth mode -Opportunity to advance if you put in the work

      Cons

      -On the low end for salaries -Low levels of employee empowerment- lots of micromanaging and spending too much time getting approvals on decisions -Occasional office drama- I guess that can happen when a company is family run
