      A family business wrapped in nepotism.

      Relatively clean and newer work area.

      Cons

      It’s a family business, so you can forget advancing in this micro managed company. There are cliques within cliques with life partners reporting to their spouse and additional family members to keep the chaos brewing.

      Poor, shortsighted management creates a toxic work environment for employees. Lots of micromanagement and finger pointing. Long hours with little to no recognition. Poor pay.
