-No rotating shifts -Don’t need to work outside of scheduled work time -Easy to clock in and out -Free food at monthly meetings
Cons
No 401k match No yearly merit increase or bonus Operators over worked with no guidance Poor work isn’t reprimanded Hard workers aren’t noticed nor awarded Monthly company meetings are more about what other companies are being bought rather than improvements for employees. HR consists of 1 or sometimes 2 people. Never responds to emails. Very high turnover rate.
