      If you want to learn to survive in a pit of snakes

      Cons

      Favoritism and cronyism are out in the open. People are promoted for loyalty to upper management instead of value , hard work, profitability and talent. Anyone talented who makes the company profit has been pushed out for speaking out about mismanagement or simply making the cronies look bad.

      Struggling and extremely high turnover

      Pros

      No GM oversight so that slot is open for a talented leader to address the day to day dysfunction

      Cons

      Departments are run as silos with no company ties or common goals. The internal tag is "Own It" but no one knows or cares what "IT" is. HIGH Company turn over reflects a lack of commitment to hiring the right people and offering a long term solid commitment to them. MaxGen is being used as a reststop on the way to people's next career move.

      Pros

      -No rotating shifts -Don’t need to work outside of scheduled work time -Easy to clock in and out -Free food at monthly meetings

      Cons

      No 401k match No yearly merit increase or bonus Operators over worked with no guidance Poor work isn’t reprimanded Hard workers aren’t noticed nor awarded Monthly company meetings are more about what other companies are being bought rather than improvements for employees. HR consists of 1 or sometimes 2 people. Never responds to emails. Very high turnover rate.
