Poor Management & Lack of Communication - Realtor Maximus Real Estate Partners Employee Review

Very poor communication from top management to employees. They think that employees are mind readers and should know what is happening by reading their minds. The people running the departments are a joke, they come up with the silliest ideas that only ends up failing because they do not allow staff to give them feedbacks. When they do, it falls on deaf ears. The so called Directors of Sales and Residents are ridiculous. No experience apart from being former sales reps and they only care about their pockets getting heaver and not about their staff. They do not care about their employees well being or safety. There is no growth opportunity in this company unless you have no self respect and wanna go through the backdoor to get to the top. Residents are unhappy here due to this management, no solutions to any of the residents problems as the managers aren't the ones facing the angry residents as they're just sitting pretty in their offices.
