This recruitment company massively stands out from the rest for all the right reasons!! I've been working at Maxwell Bond for over a year now and I'm really enjoying working here. Below are some of the reasons why: *Great culture! Work life balance is key for most people nowadays and at Maxwell Bond, you completely have this. There's also a really solid senior leadership team that are always there to help in anyway they can whilst also leaving you to crack on with your job, which is the perfect balance.

I don't really see any downside to working at Maxwell Bond.
