Pros

I've worked for a few companies in this sector, but Maxwell Bond is by far the most employee orientated of them all. It really tries it's best to offer employees a fabulous working environment, the best tech and tools to do your job, learning and development opportunities, support for your health and well being, financial advice and your own brand. City centre location is a bonus as well.

The CEO is really hands on and takes the time to get to know people. Training team are amazing, always on hand to help with any training or confidence gaps I have. The company cares about their people, they ask for feedback but genuinely mean it and action. Team in general is great. Always good to work with nice people.
