Pros
I started working for Maxwell IT about two years ago directly out of college. Management gave me the opportunity to jump start my career, the resources and training to become successful at my position, and the chance to move up in the company while excelling at my strengths and abilities. The work environment is fun , challenging and engaging while allowing you to continue to improve your professional and personal skills. I have the ability to work remotely (I’ve commuted most weekends across the state) and management’s flexibility with my schedule has been great for my family and my work/life balance. As a team, we work hard and are passionate about being dedicated to our clients; with the responsibility of being self-directed comes the ability to take your kids to school, work from home while you are waiting for the cable guy, or work from your hotel room while visiting your in-laws across the country. Management is extremely flexible and understanding when it comes to personal matters as long as you are committed to your position and getting your work done. The team you work with also gives you a great amount of support while trying to complete your responsibilities. If you are at a loss of what to do, get stuck on a problem, or having a hard day – you have great co-workers who are there willing to jump in and help you, regardless the time of day. Maxwell IT has a family atmosphere; we all work together and rely on each other to provide great customer service to our clients.
Cons
More metrics on our bonus plan so we can track it real time but this is already in the process of being set up.
