      Pros

      Japan product is 2nd to none for quality and workmanship. Extremely well run Canadian division, world class. Very good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      North American division has dis-function in Executive Management that stifles innovation and people that want to make a difference.

      Decent Benefits Decent hours when business is slow (pre-pandemic was not often)

      Poor Management Terrible hours when business picks up Understaffed Coworker morale is rock bottom and very draining
