      Pros

      Japan product is 2nd to none for quality and workmanship. Extremely well run Canadian division, world class. Very good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      North American division has dis-function in Executive Management that stifles innovation and people that want to make a difference.

      Company have good job security. Management seldom let go of staff even during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive, lunch time is shorter than most companies & annual leave may be too little for newer staff.
