I have a lot of freedom to do my job the way I feel is best, most of the time.
Cons
One manager frequently makes decisions which are contrary to good business practices. When things go south he yells at everyone to "fix it", but it wouldn't have been an issue if we just followed the rules the first time. This happens a lot and I often feel like a fire fighter than an engineer.
