      They build great machines and are a reputable brand amongst the machine tool world

      Cons

      Bad benefits HR is not helpful 401k match is less than other competitors Vacation policy is out dated, and HR should review what competitors are offering. They should offer paternity leave

      It's been a great place to work, but....

      I have a lot of freedom to do my job the way I feel is best, most of the time.

      Cons

      One manager frequently makes decisions which are contrary to good business practices. When things go south he yells at everyone to "fix it", but it wouldn't have been an issue if we just followed the rules the first time. This happens a lot and I often feel like a fire fighter than an engineer.
