      Bad benefits HR is not helpful 401k match is less than other competitors Vacation policy is out dated, and HR should review what competitors are offering. They should offer paternity leave

      Lack of training. Job stability is not a thing. If you don’t click with any one person from upper management they will find a way to terminate you without and warning or notice
