I am so grateful to work at such a wonderful job. My colleagues are passionate, committed, and super smart. I learn new things all the time! We have really grown in the past year, and have some exciting production milestones coming up. The managers in the organization are ethical, trustworthy leaders committed to using our diagnostic tool for good, helpful purposes in the world. I have lots of ownership in my position and know that I am making a difference. I couldn't be happier!

There are some ups and downs in terms of projects, but that is part of a smaller company. We could use some more lab space, too. I guess running out of room is a good sign, though.

I get to work on innovative diagnostic technology that can make a difference in the world. My colleagues are intelligent, fun and truly dedicated. I learn something new every day. It is an honor to work with this team. Plus, the leaders of the company keep us informed with weekly tech team meetings. And they provide food, drinks and fun events. I feel valued and part of the "family" here.

We are growing so much that lab space is tight. But that's a good problem to have!
