If you like a small company atmosphere.
Cons
The company lacks direction in what type of product they want to make. It was a "let's throw this at the wall and see if it sticks" kind of place. It is very unstable and employees wonder every day if they will have a job tomorrow. There are no career opportunities or mentors to help guide employees.
