McAdams is an exciting company to be apart of as it continues to grow. Management has been able to adapt to this growth very well and it feels like the focus is (still) always on the employees morale, happiness, and interest. I feel that my manager always listens to my ideas, lets me try new processes and tasks, and challenges me in a way that helps me grow.
