      Pros

      Leadership in the company understands the value of treating the employees fairly and making the office a place you want to be. The employee benefits and programs are similar in many ways to the tech firms in Silicon Valley. A stipend for employee vacations, break room snacks and fruit, regular continuing education, fantastic support staff, etc.

      Cons

      The office locations are suburban office park.

      Pros

      McAdams is an exciting company to be apart of as it continues to grow. Management has been able to adapt to this growth very well and it feels like the focus is (still) always on the employees morale, happiness, and interest. I feel that my manager always listens to my ideas, lets me try new processes and tasks, and challenges me in a way that helps me grow. The benefits are absolutely amazing-- not to mention the free snacks and company events!

      Cons

      Wish there was a bit more flexibility in work hours (7-4, 10-6, etc.) to help with traffic.

      Pros

      Most companies have a goal to foster an environment that enables staff to achieve work life balance. McAdams does this better than anyone. From the community garden, the cafe, yoga/meditation, health fair, step challenges, etc. the programs are endless. There is something for everyone.

      Cons

      None that I have experienced.
