You will quickly realize that the #lifeatmcafee culture is not at all a progressive or inclusive culture because the programs and resources to support such are not prioritized or adequately resourced. No one in HR is a stakeholder and all decisions are held at the top line. As a result, you will not have any autonomy in your role and growth opportunity will be non-existent. You will not stay long... no one ever does... ask about the attrition rate in HR specifically...
