Great place to learn about the industry and obtain your licenses. Work from home.
Cons
A very toxic workplace. The call center is mismanaged from the top down and run like a dictatorship. You will find a consistent lack of support and overwhelming amount of work. This is an extremely micro managed environment and senior leadership does not care about teams and manages the business to please their superiors. When the CEO of a company quits to become a VP somewhere else you know you have problems. No advancement opportunities.
