      Great benefits and pay, good work life balance

      Cons

      Outdated culture. Follow orders without question or don't expect to be promoted anytime soon. The only path to advancement is boot licking, new ideas/ways of doing things are not welcome. This has historically worked for the company so can't hate, just know what you are getting yourself into.
