Toxic behavior by all supervisors and management. Fear culture of constantly being worried about losing your job. Have a bad month or two and make a few mistakes? Your job is AT RISK even if you've had several years of wonderful, positive reviews. Lies - being told we could collaborate and then get scolded for communicating with coworkers or talking 'too loud' and being 'disruptive'. Have a family emergency and need to leave work early? Better give a two day notice or you're flagged for not being committed and available. It's turned into a corporate culture and it's sickening. We are treated like robots and / or five year olds all the time. Make a mistake? You not only get told you did but also get sent a long explanation of what you did and a link to education on the intranet to ensure you don't make the same error again.
