This is a family sign shop that does great work. The owners work hard to service their customers needs. Good pay to start with lots of specialized training that can help you build a career. I worked there for several years and learned the importance of taking care of customers and meeting deadlines. I would not have the career I do today if it wasn't for Mike and Heather.

Tight deadlines and crazy level of attention to details... this causes some employees to not work out as they can't handle the pressure so their is some turnover.

Get paid on a regular basis.

Pressure. Haphazard. No consistent work flow, pricing, etc. Fires employees by email. Completely emotionless environment. Owner known as "King of Communication" and "The Bottleneck" behind his back.
