Pros
I have a lot of creative freedom, and even though I've been here for several years, I never stop learning new things. The structure of our teams means that I get insight into all the different areas of expertise that people bring to the products. That makes each day really interesting. The culture here is also noteworthy. I like to tell people that everyone at MeYou Health is hardworking but easygoing. No swagger, just bright people that genuinely care about one another and want to work together to turn out great products.
Cons
We're run like a startup but we're owned by a big parent company. The upside of this scenario is that we don't have to scramble for money the way most start-ups might. The downside is that someone outside of MeYou Health makes decisions about the money, so we don't always have all the control we wish we had.
