I worked at MMi for 5 years. What started as a small startup led by a few dedicated individuals quickly grew into a major player in the digital agency space. I worked alongside some of the best people I have ever met and will continue to maintain those strong relationships. This company is led by a fantastic General Manager who worked her way up and has a deep understanding of everyone's role in the company. This allows her to relate to each employee and see things from his perspective. All company-wide initiatives are focused on improving the culture and environment for everyone. There is also a very strong emphasis on development and ongoing education. The digital landscape is ever-changing and MMi provides the resources to further your knowledge. You must be proactive with this, though they are there to support you every step of the way.

Currently, there is no 401k match though I believe this is being discussed.
