The job is remote. Once your training period is done, as long as you get your work done and to the standard they expect, they won’t bother you too much.
Cons
Depending on the team you are in, they might micromanage you at times. Sometimes productivity numbers is ridiculously high and they don’t try to understand. If you have a great supervisor, they will try to help you to reach your numbers.
