I really like the flexibility to work around my family life. I enjoy the autonomy, being able to go at my own pace with my patients and not to rush them if needing a longer home health visit. The management is great, understanding and helpful when in a pinch!

It would be great to get regular meeting notes posted and a bigger Findlay office for staff meetings instead of Toledo only.

Staff are very helpful even when I may have to call on call in the middle of my shift On boarding was easy I was able to pick up shifts immediately after completing on boarding I have a lot of control over my schedule

Depending on where your shift is you may have a bit of a drive The app we use on my phone may have some issues sometimes I do have to open a web browser to use the app
