Med1Care has the most caring CEO's always wanting to assure employees are treated well. All staff work as a family and always kick in when help is needed. Best staff in the area and the only 5 star rated Home Health Agency.

Pros

I really like the flexibility to work around my family life. I enjoy the autonomy, being able to go at my own pace with my patients and not to rush them if needing a longer home health visit. The management is great, understanding and helpful when in a pinch!

Cons

It would be great to get regular meeting notes posted and a bigger Findlay office for staff meetings instead of Toledo only.
