Good benefits, decent location, free parking. Generally nice co-workers.

Exempt staff works long hours with little to no recognition. The company is not big on promoting from within, so if you don't want to be in the same job forever, don't look here. There used to be a decent bonus but they took that away from everyone except upper management, totally killing morale.
