Full of false promises and ego's - Director MedCadre Employee Review

The owner was eccentric. Made promises and never kept them. Was extremely rude to outside vendors and treated others with dis-respect. He would be-little people on the phone and didn't care how he treated others. There was so much turnover because of the way he tried running the business. He has no experience with Medical staffing nor managing people.
