      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. The EMR is easy to use. Very well equipped.

      Cons

      They want you to see 4 patients every hour if not more with no breaks. I would go literally hours without even a sip of water cause we were so busy. After I left my SP was constantly scheduled to work by himself seeing close to 100 patients...extremely unsafe medicine but they didn’t see a problem with this. He left shortly after I did. Also...you have to stay past closing time and make sure everyone gets seen but they don’t pay you for those extra hours. I felt exploited.

      Pros

      Great place with amazing team. MedExpress comes to an end on March 31, 2025. So very sad. It truly was a great company. Dr. Alderman and the other founders did an amazing job and their vision provided such great service to 100,000 of patients and jobs for 1,000’s. They took great care of staff with appreciation and respect. Many of us were there for several years and will be there on the last day. Thanks to great doctors such as the Beane’s and Ferrell in the Parkersburg center. Also, to amazing coworkers and managers.

      Cons

      UHG bought us with a plan of destruction and they succeeded. Praying GoHeslth does right by staff and patients. Their extreme lack of communication and dishonesty has already left a bad taste.
