Nothing to mention . - they don't start any new project.. you have to patch work in 10 years old project with old technology like jsp
Cons
If you are signing 2 years agreement then you have to work like hell for two years . for deployment you have stay late night (5am too). Too much depends on some senior people who don't even have idea about outside culture. Its better to leave company as soon as possible. Hr will be available only 2 days in week.
