Nothing to mention . - they don't start any new project.. you have to patch work in 10 years old project with old technology like jsp

Cons

If you are signing 2 years agreement then you have to work like hell for two years . for deployment you have stay late night (5am too). Too much depends on some senior people who don't even have idea about outside culture. Its better to leave company as soon as possible. Hr will be available only 2 days in week.

You will get a chance to explore technologies and projects very well. Well, a good team lead will save your future.

Cons

Company is good for telgu people only because of soft corner to them. You need to work a lot without any expectations of appreciation. If you have signed a bond, congratulations!!!you are new slave for Medplus. They will see every benefit from you as you are bonded with them. I will not recommend this company for people who have other options.

Overall a good company to work with, good environment , no office politics, freshers will always find good exposure with every technology, good opportunity to explore more about your talent.

Cons

Issues regarding office timings, no good appraisals, no compensation, leave policy is also very bad. HR is also not helpful, no medical policies. no discipline regarding office timings.
