Pros

They will probably hire you and keep you if you work hard. If you are a positive and determined person, you can use this company to advance your career in this industry or an adjacent one (i.e. customer service, healthcare). The employees are pleasant to work with despite the pressure the company puts on them.

Cons

Call center employees not adequately compensated. If you don't get a promotion, your raises will be a gesture rather than advancement. It is the most diverse part of the company, and appears to be paid the least. If you work in the call center you will not have much agency over internal processes, and it will be difficult to maintain a work/life balance. Additionally, MedRisk consistently fails patients, doctors, and providers. If you have interacted with MedRisk, you may already know about delayed healthcare and unpaid bills.

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

Cons

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
